Questions people actually ask

Do I need more than one plan for more than one location?

Yes — pricing is per location, because each location has its own Google profile and its own review stream. You manage them from one account.

What's the difference between Lite and Standard?

Both plans watch your reviews and run every draft through the same compliance checks — safety never depends on your plan. The difference is volume: Lite auto-posts up to 25 replies a month per location, which covers most low-volume businesses. Past that, extra replies wait in your approval queue so you can post them yourself; nothing is dropped and nothing is posted unchecked. Standard auto-posts with no monthly limit.

Can I switch plans, or between monthly and annual?

Yes. You pick your plan when you sign up, and you can move between Lite, Standard monthly, and Standard annual later from the billing portal in your settings.

What happens when the trial ends?

The card on file is charged and the service continues. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. You can cancel any time from the billing portal in your settings.

What if I stop paying?

Replies stop going out and the dashboard becomes read-only. We keep watching your reviews so nothing is lost, and everything resumes when billing is fixed. We never post on your behalf while your account is lapsed.

Can I turn off automatic posting entirely?

Yes. Approval for every reply, regardless of rating, is a single switch in settings. It's the default for medical and dental practices.
