Terms of Service
Draft — not yet reviewed by counsel
The service
ReplySage AI drafts replies to Google reviews for the locations you connect, checks those drafts against the compliance rules for your business type, and publishes the replies you approve. Some replies can be published automatically if you choose to allow it.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the actions taken by anyone you give access to. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
What you are responsible for
- Having the authority to manage the Google Business Profile you connect.
- The content of replies published from your account — including ones published automatically under settings you chose.
- Reviewing anything the service holds for approval before publishing it.
- Setting compliance rules appropriate to your business and your regulator.
What we are responsible for
Running the service as described, applying the compliance rules configured on your account to every draft, holding anything that trips a rule, and keeping a record of what was published and by whom.
The limits of automated drafting
Replies are drafted by an automated system. The compliance rules are designed to catch the specific risks described on this site, and every draft is checked after it is written rather than merely instructed beforehand — but no automated check catches everything. You should treat automatic posting as a convenience you have opted into, not a guarantee, and require approval for every reply if your risk tolerance calls for it. That switch is in your settings and is the default for medical and dental practices.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly per location. A free trial requires a card and converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel first. Cancel any time from the billing portal in your settings; your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded on cancellation.
If a payment fails, replies stop being published and your dashboard becomes read-only until billing is resolved. We continue to collect your reviews during that period so nothing is lost.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or that violates Google's review policies. Do not use it to publish replies to reviews for a business you do not represent.
Third-party services
The service depends on Google Business Profile, Google Cloud, and Stripe. Interruptions to those services can interrupt ours. Your use of Google's services remains governed by your agreement with Google.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why when we do.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may change the service and these terms. Material changes will be sent to account owners by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
This section in particular needs a lawyer before launch.
